Pole Fitness Society is a great way of combining pole dancing with fitness to achieve a fun and energetic workout.  Not only does it strengthen and tone your body but, it is a great way to meet people, make friends and boost your confidence.

It is available to all levels of fitness and genders. Beginners are welcome!
