Pole Fitness Society is a great way of combining pole dancing with fitness to achieve a fun and energetic workout. Not only does it strengthen and tone your body but, it is a great way to meet people, make friends and boost your confidence.
It is available to all levels of abilities, fitness and genders. Beginners are welcome!
General Training Session Times-
Monday: 18.30-20.00 (Rubix Balcony)
Wednesday: 14.00-15.00pm (Rubix)
15.00-16.00pm (Rubix)
