Want to get involved in the wonderful world of weightlifting? 

Last year we offered a "Learn to Lift" programme, which taught the basic lifting movements over the course of six weeks. 

This year, we offer it in a slightly different format. In order to ensure everyone's safety and comply with regulations, we have split the course over several time slots. Please see the specifics sport's tab (PL or WL) for more information.
